Area Customer Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Installs and maintains instruments and systems within a laboratory setting.

• Provides effective support for products and customers.

• Ensures that Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) and Modification (MOD) planning are executed promptly.

• Seeks timely assistance for challenging product issues to minimize unnecessary downtime.

• Complies with field service policies, procedures, and standards.

• Maintains an inventory of recommended spare parts for the designated product range.


⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering.

• Several years of experience with a fundamental understanding of In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay).

• Proficient knowledge of networking and interface-related issues.

• Willingness to travel – approximately 80% travel within the assigned territory and 20% outstation travel.
