This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Radiant Logic products within large and intricate enterprise settings.

• Assess the existing identity infrastructure of customers and create validated solution designs along with deployment strategies.

• Carry out the installation and configuration of RadiantOne across development, testing, and production environments.

• Integrate backend data sources while ensuring the functionality and performance of consuming applications are validated.

• Monitor engagement progress and participate in project status meetings.

• Produce architecture and solution design documentation for effective knowledge transfer.

• Simulate customer environments in laboratory settings to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.

• Debug Java-based interception scripts and create custom automation tools.

• Install and verify new RadiantOne releases.

• Share field experiences to enhance internal best practices and facilitate team enablement.

• Design and evaluate solutions for customers and partners, recognizing critical architectural decisions, risks, and mitigations.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers on intricate deployments, solution patterns, design optimization, and best-practice documentation.

• Work alongside Customer Success to ensure successful engagements and the realization of customer value.

• Enhance Professional Services processes, contribute to the services roadmap, and influence departmental vision.

• Provide expert guidance on RadiantOne implementation across customer interactions.

• Lead technical teams through challenging delivery scenarios.

• Mentor and coach engineers and less experienced architects.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a similar technical delivery role.

• Proven history of leading complex deployments in large enterprise environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise security and network management.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with the RadiantOne platform and its product suite.

• Valid U.S. work authorization, which includes U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency/Green Card.

• Extensive IAM knowledge covering SSO, federation, provisioning, governance, privileged access management, zero trust, hybrid cloud, and CIAM.

• Acquaintance with SiteMinder, Ping, and SailPoint.

• Understanding of identity governance concepts, such as ITGC controls, access reviews, separation of duties, role mining, management of leaver and orphan accounts, and PAM.

• Proficient knowledge of LDAP directory and LDAP v3, including Active Directory, SunOne/ODSEE, OpenDJ, ADLDS, IBM TDS, and NetIQ eDirectory.

• Insight into identity data concepts, directories, schemas, LDAP, REST, SCIM, and API integration.

• Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.

• Experience with PKI, certificate-based authentication, Kerberos, XACML, ABAC/RBAC, MFA, and SmartCards/PIV/CAC.

• Familiarity with SAML2, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, OAuth, SOAP, and REST.

• Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for containerized deployments.

• Working knowledge of Linux security, administration, and Microsoft platform management.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

• Some experience in Java for developing and customizing interception scripts.

• Practical experience with Apache Tomcat and Git or similar version control systems.

• Familiarity with authorization models of SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

• Experience with SaaS-based IAM products, encompassing deployment, configuration, and enterprise integration.

• Understanding of SaaS delivery models, multi-tenancy, and the identity challenges associated with cloud-hosted applications.
