Arborist – Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Operate and drive a bucket truck.

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 individuals.

• Manually clear vegetation from designated work areas.

• Utilize various types of forestry equipment.

• Conduct line clearance, pruning, and removals.

• Acquire skills to operate a bucket at heights of 75 feet.

• Learn tree climbing techniques with the appropriate tools.

• Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.

• Complete all required physical, drug, background, and motor vehicle screenings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the Tree Industry is essential.

• A current and valid CDL A or B with Air Brake endorsement is preferred.

• Demonstrated history of safety compliance.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.

• Willingness and capability to safely operate a bucket at 75 feet and other equipment.

• Eagerness to learn tree climbing with the proper tools.

• Commitment to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications for the position.

• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer physical examination and drug screening.

• Successful completion of background and motor vehicle checks.

• A clean safety record is mandatory.
