Apprentice Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst – Install

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with Epic Configuration: Provide support in customizing and configuring Epic applications to align with organizational needs.

• Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to gain insights into system requirements.

• Testing & Validation: Engage in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to verify accuracy and functionality.

• End-User Support: Aid in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate complex problems to seasoned analysts.

• Training Support: Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials for staff members.

• Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of system modifications, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to acquire best practices in healthcare IT.

• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance analytical and technical skills.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or comparable experience is preferred.

• Epic proficiency must be achieved within 60-90 days of employment.

• A keen interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Fundamental understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• High level of computer literacy and a readiness to learn new tools and systems.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to instructions.

• Prior to advancing to the team interview, all candidates must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
