This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Initiate outbound calls, send emails, or utilize messaging platforms to engage leads from designated campaigns.
• Assess prospects according to fundamental campaign criteria (need, interest, availability, and fit).
• Arrange appointments or sales discussions between qualified leads and sales representatives/closers.
• Verify appointment specifics (date, time, contact information, and availability).
• Adhere to provided scripts and campaign protocols while ensuring a natural flow of conversation.
• Update the CRM or tracking systems with accurate call results and lead statuses.
• Reach out to leads who missed appointments or require rescheduling.
• Address basic objections (e.g., lack of interest, unavailability, poor timing) and attempt re-engagement when suitable.
• Maintain daily targets for call volume and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure the correctness of lead information and appointment schedules across various campaigns.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and adapting to various scripts/processes.
• Capable of following directions and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or dialing systems is advantageous.
