This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent implementation of the ORBIS Medication product, including electronic charting, at our clients' locations.
• Execution of medication-related IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning, and handover to the client.
• Conducting kick-off meetings, leading working groups, analyzing internal processes, and adapting the IT system to the clinic's workflows.
• Preparation and follow-up of project-specific meetings, training sessions, and client workshops.
• Taking on partial project leadership responsibilities.
• Conducting current state analyses and concept development.
• Creation of conceptual documentation.
• Collaboration with project management, support, and product development.
• A completed degree in computer science or medical informatics, or alternatively, a completed IT technical education and/or a pharmaceutical-technical, medical, or nursing qualification.
• Ideally, professional experience in areas such as ward communication, surgery, anesthesia, intensive care, nursing workplace, and inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration; however, recent graduates or healthcare IT consultants are also welcome.
• Good knowledge of medication processes in hospitals (ordering, administration, validation, and insight into pharmacy workflows if applicable).
• Ideally, experience in project management.
• Affinity for working with the latest IT and organizational tools.
• Openness and a confident demeanor towards our clients.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High willingness to travel (up to 80% within DACH region).
• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
