Applied AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation across internal systems.

• Integrate LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into operational platforms and internal tools, including:

• - Airtable Scripting & AI Automation

• - Microsoft 365 / Power Platform AI Enhancements

• - Development of Custom Agents & RAG Pipelines

• Develop and sustain custom AI agents, automation pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Act as the link between AI functionalities and the current technology infrastructure.

• Assess and prototype new AI tools to determine their business relevance and operational suitability.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to identify and prioritize AI initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of platform features while ensuring clean and well-documented code.

• Communicate AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders and collect genuine requirements from business teams.

• Maintain an ongoing roadmap of AI enhancements aligned with business objectives and project schedules.

• Consistently uphold established best practices, serving as the internal subject matter expert on applied AI.

• Provide AI training and education to the team or company as needed.

• Create and manage technical documentation for all AI systems, integrations, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-Native Mindset: Extensive knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, tool utilization, and AI orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.).

• Solid Development Foundation: Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript. Comfortable building APIs, working with databases, and deploying to cloud environments, as well as having front-end experience with Node.js and React.

• Integration Experience: Proven ability to connect diverse systems through APIs, webhooks, or middleware. Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Platform Sensibility: Understands how internal tools and operational platforms are developed and scaled. Able to contribute to product strategy beyond just feature execution.

• Cross-Functional Communicator: Capable of translating AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gathering authentic requirements from business teams.
