Applications Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team of Applications Engineers within your designated territory

• Take charge of capacity planning and manage workload allocation throughout your team

• Act as the primary technical escalation contact for intricate integrations

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customer accounts

• Remain proficient in hands-on technical tasks

• Establish and uphold the standards for applications engineering practices

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in applications engineering, systems integration, or automation engineering

• At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership

• Strong presence in customer interactions

• Proven experience in managing a distributed team or territory

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
