Applications Analyst – Occupational Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, install, configure, and implement new applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to current applications, focusing on Cority for occupational health.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics, and IT teams to devise strategies and requirements for the Cority application.

• Generate improvement ideas, pinpoint strategic solutions, and work with Product Owners to prioritize enhancements related to Cority.

• Ensure that the integration of Cority fulfills functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

• Design, develop, and implement upgrades and enhancements for the Cority application.

• Evaluate documentation and technical specifications for Cority deployments to ascertain intended functionality.

• Participate in pre-testing stages by reviewing Cority proposals and identifying potential issues.

• Monitor and analyze trends in Cority application challenges, coordinating with clinical and business teams for resolutions.

• Serve as the initial point of escalation for issues and concerns related to Cority.

• Communicate with end users about Cority downtimes, upgrades, and changes.

• Develop and maintain standardized knowledge base documentation for resolving Cority issues and communicating with stakeholders.

• Support and train the clinical applications team on Cority as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of application experience, including hands-on experience with Cority in an occupational health context, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful solutions utilizing Cority.

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment and 7+ years in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with the Cority application for occupational health and related business processes.

• Strong dedication to customer success and user adoption of Cority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with the Agile methodology.
