This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee incoming customer calls, offering expert assistance throughout the loan application procedure.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers to motivate them in completing their loan applications when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating the features and advantages of Enova's products and services.
• Keep meticulous and current customer account records with precise information.
• Provide outstanding customer service through clear, professional, and efficient verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in a call center is advantageous, but we highly value candidates with a solid background in dynamic customer service settings.
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills, along with a demonstrated history of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
• Established ability to excel in a high-volume environment by showcasing exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Comfortable with new technologies and proven success in a remote work setting.
