This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide prompt and high-quality technical assistance for OSV enterprise applications, acting as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and issues.
• Analyze and resolve application challenges by determining root causes and collaborating with the development team on technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and product owners to identify, document, and prioritize defects; stay updated on features and ongoing work within assigned product areas.
• Record, monitor, and manage support tickets with internal teams and external vendors until resolution, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the process.
• Assist in designing, testing, and documenting new and existing application features, enhancements, and bug fixes as required.
• Cultivate and enhance skills in cloud-based technologies, including Workday and Salesforce; create and execute data scripts as needed.
• Conduct development tasks to fix application defects and collaborate with development teams for testing and deploying solutions.
• Actively monitor production applications and escalate emerging issues before they affect customers.
• Generate clear and well-structured technical documentation for both business and technical audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development, application support, or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Proficient in constructing SQL queries of moderate complexity, with experience in T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience in developing or consuming web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in Salesforce platform development or administration.
• Familiarity with Workday integration or reporting.
• Experience using issue tracking systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.
