Application Support Analyst – EDI, FTP, Customs/ABI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance for EDI transactions, FTP file transfers, ABI/customs uploads, and general application support pertaining to Southern Border customer-related processes.

• Assist Southern Border Operations with troubleshooting issues associated with customs clearance.

• Liaise with customers regarding FTP password modifications and configuration needs.

• Facilitate client testing, validate application errors, execute retriggers/reprocessing, and collaborate with business, technical, client, and vendor teams to ensure seamless shipment and customs data processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Application Support, EDI Support, or Integration Support.

• Practical experience with EDI transactions, file-based data exchanges, FTP/SFTP/FTP2 processes, and Application troubleshooting.

• Proven experience working with FTP/infrastructure teams for password changes, access issues, connectivity challenges, and file transfer specifications.

• Background in testing, structured file validation, data mapping, and file troubleshooting.

• Understanding of ABI/customs processes, including uploads, downloads, and customs-related data flows.

• Familiarity with ticketing/change management tools like SMC, ADO, ServiceNow, ELF, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation abilities.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English to effectively interact with teams and vendors.
