This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and assistance to end-users utilizing various business applications.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Keep abreast of IT trends and innovations.

• Participate in ongoing system improvements.

• Uphold a high standard of service quality.

• Address support tickets promptly and escalate issues to third-party or vendor support when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in IT support or software engineering is required.

• Expertise in providing technical support and resolving inquiries.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is essential.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver reliable solutions.

• Capacity to remain informed about IT innovations and trends.

• Experience in application support within complex environments is desirable.

• Creative and analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented analytical thinker.

• Adaptability to changing environments and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Self-motivated and driven by results.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.

• Experience with the following applications is preferred, but not mandatory: TalkDesk, Blackline, DocuSign, Condeco, Zoom, OnBase, Brainware, Emagia, Blue Prism, SmartCat, Miro, ShowPad.
