Application Developer – Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in project planning by identifying development tasks, formulating work plans, and managing workflows to adhere to deadlines.

• Work alongside architects to ensure alignment with long-term IT strategies, convert intricate business requirements into technical specifications, and design scalable, efficient applications.

• Develop high-quality applications, conduct code reviews, and guarantee seamless integration with other platforms.

• Establish and uphold development standards, perform testing, review modules for compliance, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Design and create relational databases, focusing on optimization and scalability.

• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers, sharing expertise in application development, architecture, and industry best practices.

• Assess emerging technologies, propose solutions, and foster effective use of IT systems through education and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in application programming and analysis, with a robust understanding of information systems and architecture standards.

• Demonstrated success in leading projects and delivering scalable solutions.

• Experience with Composable Commerce solutions and contemporary technologies.

• Proficiency in React for constructing modern, dynamic user interfaces and component-based architecture.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft development tools, including Visual Studio/Code and the C# programming language.

• In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture, B2B2C solutions, and headless architecture platforms (e.g., CommerceTools, ContentStack).

• Comprehensive understanding of NoSQL, relational database design, Object-Oriented Design Patterns, Event Streaming, and integration methodologies.

• Advanced programming capabilities in multiple languages with an emphasis on test-driven development.
