Application Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering various functions and activities that support the Research Management System (RMS) for departments throughout the University.

• Conduct moderately complex research, assess technology, collaborate with vendors, and implement best practices to design effective technical solutions.

• Provide guidance to end users regarding application best practices and functionalities.

• Address and resolve moderately complex incidents and requests submitted by customers.

• Create and maintain documentation pertaining to services, solutions, and applications.

• Validate, test, and deploy solutions, as well as new features and functionalities.

• Regularly engage with vendors to comprehend application product release roadmaps and functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may fulfill the minimum educational requirement.

• Relevant work experience of 2 years.
