Anti Piracy Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee compliance and anti-piracy cases from the initial contact through to resolution.

• Facilitate critical discussions concerning software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

• Examine investigation data to assess scenarios and create comprehensive reports.

• Document processes and share insights to enhance engagement strategies tailored for the Brazilian market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Portuguese.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Engagement.

• Strong skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for monitoring KPIs.
