This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as an active intermediary among producers, their uplines, and third-party administrators to address annuity new business service issues and gather outstanding requirements.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; manage multiple queues as necessary.
• Collaborate with producers, uplines, third-party administrators, Commissions Contracting & Licensing, Legal, and other departments.
• Meet the required quality performance standards for the Annuity New Business Specialist position.
• Investigate and track documents while resolving service issues, focusing on a specific function.
• Keep producers and uplines informed about product and processing guidelines.
• Troubleshoot problems and assist producers with software usage and web initiatives.
• Address moderate to complex sales and operational questions regarding product clarification and pending new business.
• Comply with company policies and legal standards related to sales and product compliance.
• Evaluate, measure, and monitor processes for enhancements; identify and reduce operational waste.
• Undertake other assigned functions, duties, and projects.
• Ensure regular and timely attendance.
• Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Experience in a service center, sales support team, or other related industry experience is preferred.
• Completion of life insurance-related education, such as LOMA or CLU coursework, is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of F&G's structure and products/services within the relevant coverage area.
• Capability to develop new skills and adapt to innovative thinking.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences and situations.
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.
• Fundamental understanding of data concepts.
• Capacity to complete assigned project tasks and provide timely status updates.
• Proven risk awareness and comprehension of risk mitigation strategies.
• Insight into vendor interaction expectations for the functional area.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
• Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
