This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Design and conduct creative workshops tailored to the level, interests, and goals of each student.
• Teach various artistic and manual techniques, including drawing, painting, scrapbooking, origami, sewing, creative recycling, decoration, ceramics, or other specialties.
• Prepare materials and engaging, dynamic practical activities.
• Encourage creativity, artistic expression, and manual skills among students.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust activities to meet their needs.
• Create a pleasant and motivating environment suitable for participants of all ages.
• Education or experience in fine arts, crafts, design, art education, or related creative disciplines.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to engage students.
• Passion for teaching and for artistic and manual activities.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to work with children, teenagers, or adults.
• Previous experience as a facilitator or teacher is not required.
• Completely flexible hours.
• Opportunity to conduct workshops online, in person, or in a hybrid format.
• Freedom to choose your availability, the number of students, and the workshops to organize.
• Autonomy in preparing activities and materials.
• Ability to balance this role with other professional or personal projects.
