This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Israel.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality animated videos utilizing AI-driven tools and workflows.

• Convert creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into engaging cinematic sequences.

• Utilize strong principles of direction, composition, camera language, editing, lighting, and color.

• Animate characters with a solid grasp of acting and performance in animation.

• Maintain a high degree of character consistency throughout shots and sequences — a significant challenge in contemporary AI-based pipelines.

• Enhance and improve generated outputs through post-production, compositing, and video editing.

• Integrate and refine multiple generated clips into cohesive, high-quality final videos.

• Utilize both text-based and node-based AI tools as part of the creative workflow.

• Collaborate closely with artists, creative leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the highest visual standards.

• Continuously investigate and incorporate new AI tools and workflows into the production process.

• Assist in defining best practices and workflows for AI animation creation within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Animation / Film / Visual Arts or a related field.

• Demonstrated professional experience in animation.

• Strong comprehension of:

• — Direction and visual storytelling.

• — Composition and cinematic framing.

• — Camera work and shot design.

• — Editing, pacing, and timing.

• — Lighting and color.

• — Acting and performance in animation.

• — Style and character consistency.

• Keen artistic eye for characters, with the capability to ensure character consistency across AI-generated shots.

• Practical experience with AI video creation tools, encompassing both text-based and node-based workflows.

• Solid understanding of sound design and creating soundtrack music using AI tools.

• Strong proficiency in After Effects and video editing processes.

• Ability to take a shot to final polish, including color correction, titles, transitions, and compositing multiple videos together.

• High visual standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently, experiment rapidly, and iterate towards top-quality outcomes.
