Android Software Engineer, Kotlin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain mobile applications for Android or iOS utilizing Native technologies.

• Produce clean, scalable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to review requirements, propose solutions, and estimate the efforts needed to create user-friendly applications.

• Ensure that mobile applications are user-friendly, efficient, and adaptable to various screen sizes and device models.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Implement application monitoring and analytics.

• Facilitate app localization in multiple languages.

• Update the internal knowledge base and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4+ years of practical experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Familiarity with SCRUM processes.

• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of cross-platform programming languages such as REACT Native and Expo is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Capability to work effectively in English-speaking environments (minimum B2+ level).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related software engineering qualifications.
