📋 Description

• Develop and launch Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Connect backend APIs and guarantee that mobile flows are stable, secure, and reliable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading times, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production issues to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they substantially enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Android development experience with Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and experience in deploying production applications.

• Proficient knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Ability to execute quickly, take high ownership, and maintain a strong focus on product quality.

• App links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work are significant assets.
