Android Software Engineer – AI Finance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Connect with backend APIs to ensure that mobile flows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness, and optimize memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-assisted mobile experiences only where they truly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.

• Solid foundation in Android principles and proven experience delivering production applications.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.

• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production challenges.

• Ability to execute tasks quickly, take ownership, and maintain a keen focus on product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
