Android Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of cutting-edge features for our mobile projects by leveraging data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to enhance user experiences.

• Strategize and implement the mobile platform infrastructure essential for building, testing, and deploying these product experiences.

• Work closely with design, product, and research teams to meet product objectives.

• Play a key role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of the application.

• Maintain the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for best practices and coding standards.

• Continuously identify, assess, and integrate new technologies to boost development efficiency.

• Have successfully launched features on Android that enhance user experiences and foster engagement.

• Possess strong analytical skills and experience in designing and executing A/B tests, applying a scientific methodology to data-driven experiments.

• Exhibit a strong intrinsic desire to learn and acquire new skills, along with a talent for effectively sharing knowledge with others.

• Be adaptable to ambiguity and swiftly changing environments, viewing change as a chance to introduce structure and order when needed.
