Android Developer, Kotlin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Development of innovative Android features within a current application

• Enhancement and refactoring of existing functionalities

• Involvement in feature refinement and technical clarification

• Collaboration with UX/UI designers to improve user experience and interface design

• Creation of complex UI components utilizing Jetpack Compose

• Conducting unit, integration, and UI tests

• Utilizing Git-based workflows

• Assisting in CI/CD processes and build optimizations

• Maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability

• Engaging actively in technical discussions within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Android development

• Strong commercial proficiency in Kotlin

• Experience in Agile development environments

• Solid understanding of contemporary Android architecture patterns

• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration/UI)

• Familiarity with CI tools (e.g. TeamCity or similar)

• Experienced in dependency injection and build tooling

• Knowledge of refactoring and practices for code quality

• Understanding of application security concepts

• Excellent communication skills and capability to work in cross-functional teams

• Open, proactive mindset with the ability to work iteratively
