This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Standardizing and enhancing our current MVVM architecture to boost predictability and scalability.

• Spearheading the development of the initial Jetpack Compose modules, establishing a framework for a comprehensive UI transition.

• Creating new functionalities for our logistics engine, which includes real-time tracking, offline data synchronization, and hardware integration.

• Recognizing and methodically resolving technical debt to convert "chaotic" modules into clean and maintainable code.

• Partnering with four other Android colleagues to set best practices and cohesive coding standards.

• Ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective Code Reviews and a proactive stance on automated testing.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Android development.

• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin (we appreciate idiomatic, clean code).

• Strong comprehension of MVVM and the ability to differentiate between "good" and "chaotic" implementations.

• Practical experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming.

• Proficient with Android Jetpack libraries (Navigation, Room, ViewModel, etc.).

• A "refactoring mindset" – you find satisfaction in organizing complex systems and view technical debt as a chance to improve.

• Experience as an early adopter of Jetpack Compose (whether in commercial projects or significant side projects) is a plus.

• Prior experience in Logistics, GIS, or Fleet Management applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with modularization strategies in large Android projects is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and static analysis tools (e.g., Detekt, SonarQube) is a plus.
