• Develop an Android Automotive OS navigation application.

• Transition a mobile application to an IVI environment.

• Implement navigation functionalities and mapping features.

• Modify user experience to meet automotive specifications.

• Integrate backend APIs seamlessly.

• Enhance performance and stability of the application.

• Collaborate with UX, backend, and integration teams effectively.

• Extensive experience in developing Android Automotive applications using Kotlin and Jetpack.

• Proven experience in creating applications for Android Automotive OS or Android-based embedded systems.

• Solid understanding of Android UI architecture and the constraints of automotive UX.

• Expertise in integrating REST APIs, local storage solutions, and offline-capable application workflows.

• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques on limited hardware platforms.

• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.

• Familiarity with Car App Library & Driver Distraction (preferred).

• Experience with Mapbox / HERE (preferred).

• Background in multi-display automotive systems (preferred).

• Understanding of offline-first architecture concepts (preferred).

• Familiarity with OEM integration processes (preferred).
