Ancillary Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze automotive extended warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and repair facilities.

• Verify claim details, ensuring coverage, eligibility, and necessary documentation are accurate.

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations to confirm claims and ensure compliance with coverage standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external repair facilities to address and resolve issues related to claims.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, warranty standards, and legal regulations.

• Process claims with precision and efficiency within set deadlines.

• Communicate decisions regarding claims, including approvals and denials, to all relevant parties in a timely and professional manner.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to warranty claims.

• Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation for all claims processed.

• Identify patterns and suggest improvements to optimize claims handling procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of recent experience in automotive claims administration or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures.

• Familiarity with warranty regulations, guidelines, and best practices within the automotive sector.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in claims management systems/software.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple claims efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

• High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
