Anaplan Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily support for Anaplan models, ensuring peak performance and a positive user experience.

• Partner with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable Anaplan solutions.

• Construct, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models in accordance with best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to model performance, data integration, and user access.

• Engage in the planning and execution of model upgrades and enhancements.

• Create documentation for model structures, processes, and user guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Anaplan Model Builder.

• Experience functioning as an Anaplan Solution Architect is strongly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.

• Skilled in Anaplan modeling techniques, including modules, lists, dashboards, and data integration.

• Outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
