Analytics Specialist, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create wireframes and assist in solution design by providing insights on technical feasibility and best practices.

• Develop intricate analytics solutions iteratively within agile sprints utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL.

• Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and data validation to adhere to CoE quality standards.

• Oversee visualization reviews and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Deploy solutions to the Azara production environment, accompanied by comprehensive documentation (architecture, data sources, maintenance, user guidance).

• Assist in usage/RoI tracking and enable Azara AI self-service capabilities.

• Convert complex business needs into analytics solutions, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and developers.

• Guide Analytics Developers and represent the team in both internal and external analytics communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a BI, data, or analytics developer/analyst.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-quality analytics solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI.

• Proficient in SQL, along with experience in Python and/or Databricks.

• Experience working in agile delivery settings.

• Degree in data/analytics or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously while mentoring others.

• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and self-motivation.
