This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create predictive analytics solutions for forecasting, performance measurement, business planning, and identifying opportunities.
• Develop analytical models, datasets, and tools to assist leaders in understanding trends, risks, performance drivers, and future results.
• Handle large and intricate datasets, primarily utilizing SQL and AWS Redshift.
• Aid in BI reporting and dashboard projects, encompassing KPI development, executive reporting, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Support data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, automation, and data pipeline assistance.
• Collaborate with the BI Manager, BI team, IT, and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Enhance data quality, consistency, scalability, and reliability throughout reporting and analytics workflows.
• Present analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to a collaborative BI team culture emphasizing ownership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and continuous enhancement.
• Report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager.
• Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, predictive analytics, or a similar technical data position.
• Proficient in SQL, including querying, transforming, validating, and analyzing complex datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses or relational databases; AWS Redshift experience is highly preferred.
• Background in predictive analytics, forecasting, statistical analysis, trend analysis, or business performance projections.
• Proficient in Python, R, or comparable tools for data analysis, automation, or modeling.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, data quality, and the development of analytical datasets.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and quickly contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings to business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, or dashboard creation.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, or related capabilities.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, or data warehouse architecture.
• Experience in supporting sales analytics, financial analytics, operational analytics, executive reporting, or business intelligence initiatives.
• Familiarity with working with Salesforce, CRM, revenue, customer, agent, or operational datasets.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, regression modeling, classification, forecasting methods, or scoring models.
• Experience in automating reporting, analytics workflows, or recurring data processes.
• Familiarity with documentation, testing, version control, or best practices in analytics engineering.
