Analytics Engagement Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of analytics projects under the mentorship of senior analytics professionals.

• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and research to resolve specific business inquiries and operational issues.

• Aid in gathering requirements, project planning, and the development of solutions for analytics projects.

• Oversee assigned deliverables and timelines while proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and challenges.

• Contribute to the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enhance business decision-making.

• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and reporting solutions.

• Leverage Python and associated analytical tools to carry out data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.

• Assist in data transformation, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and cross-functional business partners to identify analytical needs and provide valuable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline; a comparable combination of education and experience may also be acceptable.

• Between two (2) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, consulting, or a similar field.

• Proficient SQL skills with a proven ability to create complex queries using joins, common table expressions (CTEs), aggregations, and window functions.

• Practical knowledge of Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation.

• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously within set deadlines.
