This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Assist in the daily execution of multiple provider engagements.
• Convert intricate policy, reimbursement, and business model information into understandable business implications.
• Create polished, client-ready outputs such as strategic plans, policy briefs, market assessments, and financial models.
• Aid in the development of presentations that convey findings and recommendations to clients.
• Foster an understanding of the transformative possibilities of AI and the challenges to its adoption.
• Investigate and assess legislation, regulations, and payment policies.
• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, which includes market scans and financial modeling.
• Keep track of ongoing market, regulatory, and policy changes to provide timely recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to proposals and discussions regarding the scope of new provider engagements.
• 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, government healthcare programs, corporate strategy, or healthcare provider/value-based care organizations.
• A genuine interest in exploring healthcare provider content.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent quantitative abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Awareness and a general understanding of healthcare policy or the healthcare business.
• Capability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, business case development, and strategic growth planning.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, contribute to projects from start to finish, and manage upwards effectively.
• A high degree of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership; ability to quickly familiarize oneself with unfamiliar topics; and a willingness to contribute significantly from the outset.
