Analyst, Supplier Management – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Carry out supplier data management and reporting tasks, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Monitor supplier revenues, commissions, and incentives.

• Assist in the preparation of income statements, forecasts, and budgets, verifying critical figures against supporting documents.

• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and maintain documentation that is ready for audits.

• Compile supplier KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and timely distribution to internal stakeholders.

• Aid in tracking supplier contracts and monitoring compliance.

• Generate regular reports and scorecards within the assigned function, incorporating data accuracy checks and contextual notes to enhance business insights.

• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation, in line with global standards.

• Work collaboratively with teams to identify gaps in data reporting and assist in projects aimed at developing new tools and dashboards that accommodate changing business needs.

• Liaise with other departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, for updates on suppliers and data validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Previous analytical, financial, or reporting experience in the travel sector, particularly in a supplier management role focused on contract financial tracking and modeling.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

• Strong skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with reporting systems such as Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
