This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct a comprehensive review of client materials and prepare queries promptly.

• Assist in developing the analysis plan using Sawtooth/Excel.

• Deliverables encompass advanced analytics solutions such as maxdiff, conjoint, TURF analysis, etc.

• Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.

• Ensure complete project delivery in accordance with Client and Operations expectations, resulting in high satisfaction levels.

• Leverage past experiences to enhance process improvements, aiming to boost capabilities, efficiencies, skill sets, and competitive advantages in the market.

• Expected to allocate time for reporting and exchanging information with their manager while being committed to learning the latest technologies in the data collection sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), master’s in computer applications (MCA), or a Post Graduation Diploma in Data Science.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in advanced analytics.

• Outstanding ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to think creatively.

• Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

• Familiarity with Sawtooth or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of data service-related platforms such as SPSS and Python.

• Experience in market research, preferably involving healthcare surveys.

• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of self-direction.

• Innovative mindset, with a keen interest and enthusiasm for learning new techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
