
Analyst III, Network Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently manage both scheduled and urgent configurations for new client implementations and/or network additions, terminations, and modifications in a timely and precise manner.
• Acquire and sustain advanced expertise in adjudication system screens and functionalities to develop both standard and custom configurations.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, NCPDP, and internal business standards set by Navitus.
• Conduct quality assurance peer reviews for network plan additions and modifications.
• Investigate root causes, troubleshoot solutions, and propose corrective actions.
• Utilize workflow management, issue resolution, and reporting tools to address complex customer inquiries and requests.
• Provide support to internal customers through client meetings, audits, and the implementation of new programs.
• Respond to network setup inquiries and offer guidance on the network configuration process.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both legacy and emerging products and systems.
• Drive process enhancements, cost-saving initiatives, and automation projects.
• Evaluate future business requirements and offer recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and policies.
• Assist with client and sales presentations and address assigned RFP inquiries.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Generally, 2-3 years of experience with a strong understanding of Navitus systems and processes.
• Capability to perform tasks independently, adhere to instructions, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring associates in current to lower-level positions.
• Background in supporting mid-sized to large clients with moderate to high complexity.
• Proficiency in supporting health plan businesses with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Navi-ClaimRx.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Formulary Management.
• Experience utilizing Request Management tools (Connectus, Service Desk, Responsive).
• Knowledge of Government Programs Error Management (GEMS).
• Experience with reporting tools (3D QlikView/QlikSense).
• Engage in, comply with, and support the objectives of the compliance program.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
