Analyst III – Demand Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of Demand Forecast (Forecast): Develop, assess, and enhance sell-in and sell-out demand strategies by SKU, utilizing market insights (promotions, campaign launches, seasonality).

• Ensure that the plan is in sync with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing, RGM, and Supply.

• Assist in S&OP and S&OE processes by providing alignment and analyses that contribute to outcomes, including risk and opportunity evaluations.

• KPI tracking: Monitor and report essential metrics for the area, such as Demand Accuracy (WAPE), MAPE, BIAS, FORECAST ACCURACY, Fill Rate (Service Level), and Inventory Coverage, and develop action plans for any deviations.

• Conduct post-mortem analyses and prepare presentations.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Create scenarios (What-If) and predictive analyses to aid in decision-making during stock-out or product overstock situations.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead small initiatives to enhance processes, automate routines, and develop management dashboards to increase visibility and efficiency in the area.

• Portfolio: Actively engage in the product lifecycle (launches and phase-outs/discontinuations), ensuring that transitions are implemented effectively.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Required experience in Demand Planning.

• Experience with complex data analyses and managing large volumes of SKUs.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Google tools.

• Plus: Experience with data extraction/querying/structuring in databases (SQL/GCP), building and automating dashboards (Google Sheets/Tableau/Looker Studio/AppScript/NotebookLM), and utilizing AI to enhance efficiency in demand planning processes.
