📋 Description

• Manage and manipulate databases

• Engage with clients to identify how we can enhance their business operations

• Integrate existing internal solutions or innovate new ones, utilizing various techniques and having the autonomy to suggest novel approaches

• Conduct ad hoc research and perform statistical analyses

• Analyze the results obtained and evaluate their application to client challenges

• Collaborate with various departments within Serasa and with external clients

• Experience with AI tools

• Proactive mindset: leverage experience or insights to suggest solutions that yield results for the organization, and take the initiative to automate processes applicable to multiple clients

• Understanding of the credit market, as the position necessitates contributing to client meetings and comprehending the described challenges to utilize or develop solutions

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL

• Experience with delivery and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is advantageous
