Analyst II – Demand Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in S&OP processes, ensuring the governance of procedures and analyses that drive business outcomes.

• Project Sell-In and Sell-Out volumes at Category, SKU, Channel, and Cycle levels through quantitative assessments, taking into account historical data, qualitative factors, and the strategic and tactical initiatives of the brand.

• Aggregate data and convert it into actionable insights to create analyses with a critical and analytical viewpoint.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) that influence the business and suggest process enhancements based on quantitative evaluations.

• Perform post-mortem analyses for the brands you oversee at the conclusion of each cycle.

• Play a role in refining the demand planning process to ensure that you and your colleagues operate from shared assumptions and maintain alignment with partner teams.

• Sustain key relationships with Supply, Marketing Category, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Channels teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in Demand Planning along with proficiency in managing complex data analyses and high SKU volumes.

• Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Google tools.

• An analytical, self-sufficient, and resilient individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of collaboratively developing, adapting, and advocating scenarios across various areas while maintaining agility and a focus on results.

• Experience in data extraction, querying, and structuring from databases (SQL/GCP) is a plus.

• Experience in creating and automating dashboards (Google Sheets/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus.
