This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Under general supervision, evaluate and present business-related trends and outcomes to uncover opportunities for improvement and solutions that support both the customer and sales organization.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive results aligned with established distribution metrics and reporting needs.
• Engage with sales teams and customers to identify, prioritize, track, and manage projects and KPI performance.
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with customers, sales teams, and the vendor community.
• Lead or participate in various meetings on behalf of the customer (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss product offerings, pricing, and terms.
• Present findings to key stakeholders within the customer’s procurement team.
• Analyze trends, efficiencies, and the effectiveness of overall pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support the sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking all savings and projects.
• Deliver presentations regarding project updates, business outcomes, committee findings, and more.
• Review pricing to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure that new pricing rules are reviewed and approved by the respective sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution in areas such as inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoices.
• Initiate and collaborate with internal teams, communicating resolutions in a timely manner.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Work together with Sales, IS, and Finance to develop, create, and maintain reporting requirements, ensuring systems provide accurate and timely data.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support, or a High School Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences within and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions for driving improvements and finding solutions.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, within the business community, and with vendors.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, setting borders, adjusting column width, inserting charts, utilizing text wrap, sorting, and setting headers and footers or print scaling).
