This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identifying rejections through back-end reporting and settlement systems (such as e-connections and Green screens)
• Placing merchants on hold and overseeing hold accounts
• Updating various Internal CRM and tracking databases when rejections are reprocessed
• Generating reports utilizing Excel
• Engaging in communication with merchants
• Resolving rejections and resubmitting to retrieve funds, which requires attention to detail and logical reasoning
• Modifying bank account information
• Performing any additional tasks as assigned
• At least 1 year of experience in the Credit Card processing industry; banking experience is an advantage (preferably ACH)
• Proficient practical knowledge of Excel and MS Access
• Experience in customer service
• Strong judgment, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mandatory)
• A resourceful individual who takes initiative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
