This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the performance and risk profile of the portfolio, identifying trends and early signals to propose preventive measures.

• Segment the portfolio and recommend adjustments to limits and rules based on evidence and observed performance.

• Support the update of credit policies with technical backing and internal benchmarking.

• Generate reports and control dashboards with clear narratives to aid decision-making at various levels.

• Ensure the traceability of analyses, ensuring that every recommendation is supported by solid data.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance origination and monitoring rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics (with a strong quantitative foundation).

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Analytics, or BI within the financial sector, Fintech, or Retail.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction.

• Advanced Excel skills (essential) and desirable knowledge of Python or R.

• Experience with data visualization tools.

• Understanding of risk metrics (delinquency, expected loss, vintage or cohort analysis).

• Applied statistics and basic descriptive/predictive models.
