This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and monitoring the testing strategy for the project, ensuring the quality of delivered functionalities and the proper validation of business processes.
• Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design scenarios and test cases in line with the project's scope.
• Execute functional, comprehensive, regression, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate testing activities with key users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Record, document, and track defects and incidents.
• Generate reports on progress, test coverage, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, evidence, and defects.
• Assist in prioritizing incidents based on their functional impact.
• Participate in functional review sessions, demos, and validations.
• Propose continuous improvements to quality assurance processes.
• Validate processes related to Salesforce Field Service Cloud when applicable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, and QA.
• Experience with the design and execution of test cases.
• Analysis of user stories and functional requirements.
• Functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Management and tracking of defects.
• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
• Documentation of evidence and test results.
• Validation of functional flows and traceability of requirements.
• Desirable
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Cloud.
• Understanding of work order processes, resource allocation, field technicians, scheduling, and dispatching.
• Testing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Basic knowledge of Postman and API validation.
• Experience in CRM projects.
• ISTQB, Scrum Foundation, or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience interacting with clients or end-users.
