Analista Jurídico – Tributário

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the preparation of legal opinions for internal inquiries by conducting research on legislation and case law, providing interpretation and guidance.

• Ensure that the company's operations are in compliance with current tax legislation through monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of laws, as well as communicating with relevant departments.

• Keep business units informed and compliant with current legislation by tracking legal updates, creating Internal Communications, and submitting them to management for dissemination to interested parties.

• Liaise with third-party law firms and external consulting services.

• Maintain processes; knowledge of the ESPAIDER System is an advantage.

• Monitor the progress and developments of legal proceedings, documenting results and keeping stakeholders informed.

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in Tax Law.

• Relevant experience with current consumption tax routines.
