This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in cost control activities and expense allocation, focusing on own expenses, client expenditures, and project costs.
• Provide support in the Creation, Modification, Release, Closure, and Blocking of cost objects.
• Monitor and track the necessary actions for the release of cost objects and routinely verify in the accounting system whether they have been released.
• Communicate the release to relevant parties and provide feedback when objects can be closed, while keeping the file or control system updated.
• Take necessary actions for the creation of new objects, closure, and/or modification of existing ones, including release, blocking, or adjustments.
• Assist with investment budgeting and expenses in cost centers, orders, and/or projects, including PAN and PE.
• Conduct surveys, classify, and process historical data on expenses related to cost centers, orders, and/or projects.
• Support management in identifying needs for the upcoming period and assist in the preparation of projections.
• Prepare comparative analyses, organize data, and input information into computerized systems.
• Finalize file consolidations and generate reports with overviews of the structure and accounts for general management or executive management (including their staff management).

• Monitor and analyze investment realizations and expenses in cost centers, orders, and/or projects, including PAN and PE.
• Consult and extract data from computerized systems or other sources, classify and process the data, and develop pivot tables and charts.
• Periodically monitor the entries made in cost centers, orders, and/or projects.
• Conduct analyses and assist in identifying the causes of deviations.
• Record and monitor the treatment of identified allocation errors.
• Update controls, dashboards, and/or systems with information, projections, analyses, and/or justifications/causes of deviations.
• Track personnel hours and work centers.
• Identify cost objects, verify data, and send information for necessary validations.
• Diligently gather the hours spent by each professional and the work centers for each project.
• Update support spreadsheets.
• Record hours in the computerized system.
• Generate a final report with information related to the recorded hours and identified issues.
• Provide information and conduct reviews for audits and various notifications.
• Support management in identifying key responsibilities and ensure timely responses to meet requested deadlines.
• Assist in the analysis, verification, reconciliation of data, and implementation of controls to meet cost audits, whether arising from service provision, material application, internal activities, or any other nature.
• Enter results into computerized systems when requested.
• Identify the necessary documents in the PETROBRAS computerized system for responding to requests and, when needed, locate and retrieve physical files or request the external storage service for the documents.
• Generate digital files (Scan / Print screen / PDF) and make documents available.
• Examples of service demands include, but are not limited to: SOX Controls, Internal Audits (projects; contracts, etc.); External Audits (Partnerships, Regulatory Bodies).
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Experience in activities related to cost routines.
