Analista Desenvolvedor PL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the support of corporate and financial systems;

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex incidents and issues;

• Assist with implementations, validations, and post-production monitoring;

• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis;

• Develop and maintain integrations between systems;

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs;

• Suggest improvements to enhance stability and operational efficiency;

• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting critical applications;

• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R11 and R12);

• Familiarity with the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Human Resources (HR), Workflow Engine (WE), Contracts (OKC), Pricing (QP);

• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher;

• Experience in developing and maintaining Workflows (Workflow Builder);

• Administration and querying in Oracle Database;

• Development skills in PL/SQL (Procedures, Packages, Functions, and Triggers);

• SQL query optimization;

• Experience with application monitoring, ticket management, incidents, and troubleshooting;

• Basic English for interaction in meetings and handling international tickets.
