Analista de Suporte Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement projects related to time clock systems for large clients

• Organize routes, folders, emails, and meeting agendas

• Develop project implementation timelines

• Conduct presentation meetings with clients

• Ensure project delivery meets client expectations

• Guarantee successful completion of the implementation

• Monitor projects for up to two months post-implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields

• Knowledge of networking

• Strong organizational skills, agility, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects in a structured manner

• Availability from Monday to Friday

• CLT contract
