This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to clients using the digital payroll platform.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital payroll.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized support.

• Document and report technical incidents to the development team.

• Knowledge of payroll systems.

• Experience in technical support or customer service.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Ability to solve problems efficiently and proactively.
