This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Supervise the customer journey to ensure effective utilization of the product or service while achieving the expected value;
• Provide training and guidance to enhance product usage and support the customer in achieving their goals;
• Anticipate potential issues before they escalate, proactively finding tailored solutions;
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to deliver valuable insights for product and service improvement;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health of customer relationships, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams such as technical support and product development;
• Actively work to reduce customer churn by focusing on contract renewals and ensuring a positive customer experience;
• Identify and propose upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase the value customers derive from our offerings.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Cascavel - PR;
• Proficient in both spoken and written communication;
• Knowledge in sales and customer management;
• Ability to handle conflict management effectively;
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly and assertively with customers;
• Empathy to understand customers' needs and challenges;
• Emotional intelligence to manage different personalities and situations calmly;
• Problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience;
• Willingness to travel;
• Completed or ongoing technical/higher education in administration, project management, or related fields.
