Analista de SOC I, Monitoramento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join the SOC (Security Operations Center) team to monitor, support, and respond to incidents.

• Oversee intrusion detection tools and event correlation.

• Analyze alerts, identify, and respond to potential threats.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in information security, business, and technology.

• Maintain agreed service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.

• Develop and enhance monitoring and detection processes.

• Document technical work performed for clients.

• Escalate tickets to level 2 and level 3 analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of computer networks.

• Understanding of information security.

• Familiarity with operating systems.

• Knowledge of market frameworks for information security.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Knowledge or experience with security tools, including firewall, SIEM, EDR, XDR, content filtering, email gateway, anti-DDoS, WAF, and IDS/IPS is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial.

• Advanced knowledge of computer networks is a plus.

• Experience in N1 monitoring is a plus.

• Research in the field of information security is a plus.

• Certifications in information security are advantageous.
