This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Manage requests for prioritization and escalation of incidents.
• Assess the impact and urgency of escalated tickets.
• Prepare technical and informative communications regarding incidents and maintenance.
• Support the implementation of action plans and service improvements.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with business areas and users.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Communication.
• Experience in managing communications and prioritizations in an IT environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, and Incident Management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese, English, and Spanish).
